BESS Financing & Construction

Do you want your own battery storage (BESS) as a long-term energy management solution? We provide financing and full project implementation from initial design to operation and service.

Turnkey BESS with Financing
We secure capital and prepare the project to be technically and legally feasible. We deliver a BESS solution tailored to your operations — from parameter design to commissioning.
Complete Delivery and Installation
Includes delivery of BESS with transport, handling, on-site coordination, integration into your existing setup, and full turnkey installation. We also handle necessary construction and related technical works.
Control System METRICA and Commissioning
We integrate the METRICA EMS for monitoring and controlling charging/discharging. We provide first commissioning, operational strategy setup, and system handover including basic training and reporting.
Permits, Legalization, and Service
We handle design, engineering, building permits, implementation, commissioning, and legalization. On request, we also provide dispatch management and long-term service to ensure BESS operates reliably throughout its lifetime.

BESS Lease without CAPEX

Battery storage is delivered as a service without upfront investment. You receive a complete solution including installation, operation, service, and smart management.

Offered All-in-One Solution
Liquid-cooled battery storage for company operations with a minimum power of 100 kW and capacity of 215 kWh. Delivered, installed, and commissioned as a complete BESS system.
Smart Control and Monitoring METRICA
Lease includes our internally developed METRICA control system, which ensures smart charging/discharging, continuous monitoring, clear reporting, and optimization strategy support. The system can be extended to monitor and control other energy sources and technologies on-site.
How You Can Use BESS
BESS helps companies with PV store surpluses, increase energy self-sufficiency, reduce peak loads (peak shaving), and optimize costs through consumption management and spot market price utilization.
Lease Duration and Buyout
Lease is typically set for 10 years. After the lease ends, we offer the option to purchase the equipment under pre-agreed conditions.

For landowners – We are looking for land for battery storage

We will lease your land and build our own battery energy storage system (BESS) on it. You will gain stable long-term income without investments or hassle — financing, project preparation, permits, and operation are handled by us.

Land near high-voltage lines
Ideal are plots with a high-voltage pole or adjacent to it. Existing infrastructure often simplifies connecting a battery energy storage system (BESS) project.
Unused or underutilized land
Suitable are plots without active use or “extra” spaces in company premises, agricultural sites, or technical areas. We are also looking for vacant parcels for long-term lease.
Industrial and brownfield sites
We are interested in industrial land and brownfields that can be repurposed meaningfully. A BESS project can give the site a new purpose and provide the owner with stable income without own investment.
